I had an incredible stay at the hotel, with a fascinating view of the Holy Kaaba from my room. The service was great, although there is room for improvement in customer service skills. The location was superb, right in the clock tower next to the Haram. Dining was delightful, with a variety of gluten-free dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
