Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience with its breathtaking Kaaba view directly from the room. The four single beds were slightly cramped but the spectacular view made it worth the money. The location inside the Clock Tower was extremely convenient for visiting the Haram mosque and the mall had everything one might need. The dining options were varied, but having the same food every day could get a bit boring. The service provided, including room service and housekeeping, was exceptional and well-managed, though one of the staff members should have known better being a manager.
The hotel offers breathtaking views of the holy Haram and amazing room setups but lacks a bit in customer service and reservation management. Its location is convenient with access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience provides vast varieties but may become repetitive. Overall, a good value for the price.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The view of Haram from my room was breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. However, dining options were a bit limited. It's definitely worth the price for the incredible location.
I stayed at a hotel located inside the Clock Tower, with tidy rooms offering a view of the Al-Kaaba. The staff, especially the duty manager, were incredibly cooperative and always smiling, but there were challenges with finding our reservation. The location was perfect for visiting the holy mosque and adjacent to a mall with everything one might need.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were a bit cramped with four single beds but had a beautiful view directly overlooking the Kaaba and offered a good breakfast. The service was exceptional with attentive staff who managed everything well, even contacting the management for my booking. The location, inside the Clock Tower and close to the mosque, was incredibly convenient. Dining included a variety of options, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Holy Mosque from some of the rooms and provides an unforgettable experience for those seeking proximity to the Kaaba. Despite the need for improvements in customer service skills, the location and room views are unbeatable.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel, with a fascinating view of the Holy Kaaba from my room. The service was great, although there is room for improvement in customer service skills. The location was superb, right in the clock tower next to the Haram. Dining was delightful, with a variety of gluten-free dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel offers a room with a view of the Haram, which was a pleasant surprise. The direct view of the Haram and Al-Kaaba adds to the experience. The staff were incredibly cooperative and always had a smile on their faces, although referring to the duty manager was needed at times. The location inside the Clock Tower, next to the Haram, provides easy access to everything you need, but it's a bit far from the mosque. The dining experience includes various options, though having the same food every day may become monotonous. The facilities are well-maintained, offering everything one would expect in a hotel of this caliber.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my three young children under 4 years old, who enjoyed having separate beds, a delicious breakfast, and a stunning view of the Haram. The hotel offered comfortable accommodations for our family.
The hotel is located inside the Clock Tower, with breathtaking views of the holy Haram and inside a mall that has everything you need. The staff were cooperative and smiling, yet could enhance some customer service skills. The dining offers a variety of options with a full view of the Kaaba, but the daily food rotation can become monotonous. The facilities are well-maintained with a unique feature of a fresh, made-from-scratch pizza.
The hotel offers a pleasant surprise with full Kaaba view from the rooms, providing a breathtaking view of the holy Haram. The service was exceptionally cooperative and attentive, although some staff members struggled to provide assistance. The location is ideal, situated inside the Clock Tower and close to essential amenities. The dining experience, while offering massive varieties, could use more diversity to avoid becoming repetitive.
I was pleasantly surprised by the view of the Haram from our quad bedroom meant for single occupancy, featuring 3 single beds. The staff, especially the duty manager, were incredibly cooperative and always had a smile despite facing challenges. However, the service from a manager could have been better. The hotel is conveniently located inside the Clock Tower, offering easy access to the Holy Mosque and a variety of amenities. The dining experience was somewhat monotonous, but there were options available to cater to different preferences. Overall, a mixed experience providing both positives and negatives.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with a better Kaaba view and 3 single beds in the room. The view of the Kaaba was truly breathtaking, but there were some issues with service from the manager. The location was excellent, just next to the haram, but the dining experience lacked variety.
The hotel is in a prime location inside the Clock Tower, offering a view of Haram. The rooms are modern and comfortable with a pleasant surprise of Haram views for triple beds. The service was exceptional, with grateful thanks to attentive staff members. However, the dining experience, although inclusive, lacked variety over time. The facilities provided convenience with a quick walk to the holy mosque.
I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view overlooking the Kaaba directly from my room. The hotel offers a unique experience with a prime location near the Kabba. The rooms with the view of Haram were a delightful surprise, enhancing my stay. However, some may find the price on the higher side for this extraordinary experience.
